During very warm weather, products may soften or even melt in transit as they sit in warm mail trucks, mailboxes, or outside your homes. This does not negatively affect the quality of our products, we use more protective packaging in warmer climates. Melting is a natural reaction to heat and we have no control over the conditions during transit or delivery. If any products melt, place it in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
